Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 14, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Liniora uses, and why. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Sites can also store data in your browser's local storage, which works similarly but is not sent with every request. We use both, sparingly.
2. Cookies we use
We keep our use of cookies to what is strictly necessary to run the Service. We do not currently use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on our website or app.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
token | Keeps you signed in to your account | 7 days | Strictly necessary, first-party |
Because this cookie is strictly necessary to provide the Service you requested (staying signed in), it does not require a consent banner under applicable e-privacy laws — but you can still remove it at any time by clearing your browser's cookies, which will sign you out.
3. Local storage
We use your browser's local storage — not a cookie — to remember your light/dark theme preference on the marketing site. This stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
4. Cookies set by third parties
When you complete a purchase, the checkout is rendered by Paddle, our payment provider, which may set its own cookies during that flow to process your payment and prevent fraud. Those cookies are governed by Paddle's privacy policy, not by us. If you sign in with GitHub or Google, those providers may also set cookies during the sign-in redirect, governed by their own policies.
5. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Blocking the token cookie will prevent you from staying signed in to the Service.
6. Changes to this policy
If we start using additional cookies — for analytics or otherwise — we will update this page and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.
